Making A Difference
We have raised over $70,000 for outreach to our community & beyond.
Martha’s Market is a craft workshop which meets in the parish hall of Christ Church each Tuesday. Our year of hard work culminates with a boutique held in November. The group has gained a reputation in the area for quality, unique crafts and delicious food items. The money raised through this community fund raiser is shared through Christ Church Women to various non-profits in the community.
Some organizations that received donations from the proceeds of our 2020 Boutique are:
- Helping Hands Pregnancy Center
- Toys for Tots
- Madera County Sheriff Lost & Found bracelet program
- Manna House
- Mt. Crisis Center

About Martha's
Members of the church and friends meet each Tuesday from 9:30 – 2:30 to work on craft projects for our annual November Boutique. The working time is flexible, come when you are able, leave
when you need to. No experience in crafting is needed but there are three requirements. You must like to laugh, talk, and eat!
During past years we made substantial donations to Manna House, Helping Hands, Boys & Girls Club, Sierra Senior Center, Toys for Tots, Oakhurst Elementary Book Buddies, Madera County Sheriff’s Lost and Found program, Gideon Bibles and others
